Pure fermented soy protein is a novel pet food ingredient based on fermentation technology. The soybean meal that serves as the basic ingredient is exclusively sourced from certified farmers in North America. This is one of the very few continents worldwide where soy cultivation does not require or stimulate deforestation. The product is non-GMO soy and contains more than 70% crude protein, as well as a full suite of essential nutrients. The use of fermentation technology helps to break down the relatively long protein chains in the initial soybean meal, making the end product easier to digest.
