MycoGlucan® is a mycelium-based ingredient containing at least 35% Beta (1,3/1,6)-glucans. These glucans helps pets defend against infections while also supporting the development of long-term immunity. It can be added to pet food and has been tested for both specific and non-specific immune stimulation at inclusion levels of 0.1–0.3%.
MycoGlucan® is a GMP+ FSA certified feed material in the EU (Category 12.2.9 Fungal biomass) and an AAFCO-approved feed material in the US (Category 36.2 Extracted presscake / IFN 5-07-156).
